Our spacious king-size bed and the spacious and comfortable queen size sofa bed with integrated comfort mattress promise a restful sleep!

Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

With us, children have the opportunity to explore nature, to learn about herbs and plants. Our dwarf goats, sheep, chickens, free-range ducks and the cat Schnurli are always looking forward to your visit.

The spacious loft lies in between a lovely village and the river Inn, very close to a swimming lake. It offers to its guests various possibilities: those who love cycling, going for a walk, spending their holidays in the nature and those who want to explore all the sights will find their perfect place here. Many interesting cities are very close. After renovations on the house in 2023 we will again open for guess in 2024.
