Sarah's house is very nice and cozy, the heating is very strong, the problem is sarah can also reply and solve it in a timely manner, the room is very comfortable, the layout is very good, the neighborhood is very nice, the environment is very nice, we like it, we recommend everyone to stay, if we have the opportunity, we will definitely come again.❤️

Spacious, clean, beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Parking in the yard, tram station two minutes away. Easy check-in, easy check-out, short response time from Andrei, gladly again

Wow, what a wonderful stay! The hosts were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They greeted us when we arrived, offered local recommendations and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The apartment (and entirely building) was wonderfully decorated and maintained. It felt very high end. The location of the apartment was less than a block from Lidl and two blocks from the ‘center’ of Garmisch, which made it very easy to walk to get groceries, coffee, dinner, etc. Most importantly, the views out of the dining room and off the porch were INCREDIBLE. We spent much more time in the apartment than we expected because it was just so lovely. We would absolutely return again and recommend this apartment to anyone!

Daniel is great host, very friendly and helpful. We had detailed instruction for every aspect from starting from check-in to using home aplliances. Apartment in good location, grocery market is very close, park and river nearby. Nice smart home solution intalled. Free parking on the street, but hard to find place. We had good stay :)

Moritz’s house was wonderful. It was exactly what we needed for a family vacation to Munich. A short walk to the S Bahn station in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. He was extremely responsive and accommodating to any needs or requests we had. The house was lovely and just as described on the listing. We had a great time.

The landlords have thought of many small details. Kitchen was super equipped (salt, spices, baking paper, coffee...). Even in the bathroom there was a small shower room.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom house! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to shops and amenities. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained — we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and spending evenings on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, great for cooking and gathering. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

We stayed two nights at Rü's place. Everyone was super satisfied, it was very clean, well-equipped kitchen and the well-kept property with water access was excellent for quick cooling. I'm sure we weren't there last time.

We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. Simply amazing. You can see the snowy mountains right outside the house. Really close to beautifull locations such as Konigsee and Hintersee. Its a long way up, but its really worth!!

We had a great time in Dagmar and Burkhard's apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and the apartment is very nice and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is very quiet and it is still only a 2-minute walk to the train station and the lake. Fully recommended.

Loved our stay here while in Munich. This apartment comfortably kept the 5 of us. The location can’t be beat, walkable to Marienplatz with many delicious restaurants on the street below. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to stretch out.

The apartment is ideal for one / two persons. It has everything you need. The staircase to the mezzanine is quite steep. A well-stocked supermarket is just behind the corner. The connection with public transport is ok - you can reach the city of Schwabmünchen in about 20 minutes or you can walk 30 minutes.

We were in hiking for an extended weekend. The apartment was lovingly decorated, it was all very homely. The only drawback we noticed is that there were a lot of stains of mosquitoes or flies on the walls and in the master bedroom there was no shade on a window, which is why it is already very bright there early in the morning. Not so great for families with kids waking up by light. But so you had a lot of 😀 the day, the apartment is really nice and quiet and there is everything you need in everyday life. In addition, everything was super clean, including a fridge.

Recommended place, very convenient for companies of friends, the only flaw is the single bathroom in many a little difficult to manage. Very friendly and helpful host. Comfortable and quiet location. Clean and comfortable place. We had a great time as a company of 8 people. Recommended place for those who want to visit the city, also convenient for the nearby location of the metro 15 min on foot.
