Quiet on the outskirts with direct access to nature is our cozy attic apartment. A cozy nest with lots of light and an unobstructed view from large windows and from the sun balcony. You are quickly in Stuttgart, Waiblingen, Winnenden, Ludwigsburg or Backnang. S-Bahn station is Winnenden. The supermarket and bus stop is a few minutes walk away. The apartment has it's own entrance, is fully furnished with everything you need and you don't have to share it with anyone.
