Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. For the greatest happiness of your taste buds, the accommodation is located on the Place Emile Zola side, where restaurants and bars jostle, but also a stone's throw from the new City of Gastronomy and Wine of Dijon. Conveniently, the accommodation is also a 12-minute walk from the train station and close to all amenities. Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Seine and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and resourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes, kayaks, SUPs and other equipment are available.

Bed & Breakfast Le Petit Paradis

Our little paradise is located near Louhans. The apartment consists of a daylight bathroom and a room with a large double bed (180 cm) and a sitting area. Enjoy the beautiful pool, the quiet garden with terraces and seating areas or go hiking / cycling. Take advantage of gastronomy/cultural offers on excursions to Burgundy/Jura or on a market stroll in Louhans. A rich breakfast is included in the price. For the dinner that can be booked in addition, we will send you a menu card.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there.
