I would 100% stay at James and Tish's place at Cerritos Surf Town again! Fabulous view, beach, pool, location and ammenities.

My dad and I stayed at Ellen and Mike’s place and loved it! It is a cozy little casita, away from all the big resorts. Short walk from the beach, which was beautiful! We enjoyed the yoga classes at Jardin Del Mar, which were taught by awesome teachers. Mike and Ellen were incredibly friendly and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for something different than a big resort vibe. Also bring a coffee maker with you!

What a wonderful spot. Everything we needed for our two night stay. Easy walk to the beach and cafe nearby. Pool is beautiful. We look forward to coming back.

The hot tubs were great at the end of the day. The area is pretty cold at night. The room is equipped with all needed amenities. A big cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and everything you need to cook with. A full size fridge!! The accommodations were clean and all the cleaning supplies you would need for an extended stay. Hot water on demand. Wi-Fi was consistent and strong with a repeater right in our room. Great signal even from the roof. Bed was hard. If we were staying longer, we’d buy a foam topper. Earplugs are a must. The echo in the cinder block structure is loud. At night, even in a detached building, we can hear the neighbours peeing. 😂Just be aware, be considerate and bring some earplugs.

The bungalow was just as promised. Basic accommodations in a fabulous location. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very safe - we enjoyed walking around the area and visiting with locals and other visitors. We hit Super Munchies each morning for a cup or coffee/tea. WIFI signal exceeded my expectations. Tips for travelers: Request additional towels for the bungalow during your stay - or bring your own. Find out if there is any construction going on in the area - if that type of noise would be bothersome to you.

What a wonderful place to stay! It was beautifully appointed, very comfortable, lots of amazing space inside and out to hangout, relax and enjoy the outdoor living. The pool was also clean and a blast for our kids.

great trip at Squash's place. Perfect if you are just looking for a bungalow! Kitchen is outside which makes a wonderful spot for breakfast. Clean, bed was a little firm, space was great. Rooftop was fun for views. Spiral staircase to unit, so make sure you're ok with that!

This bungalow was such an amazing experience. The instructions and pictures about how to find it are very helpful. It was exactly like the pictures and the recommendations in the welcome book are helpful and great! Ditte replied so quickly when I had a few questions about finding the closest ATM and allowed us to check in early since the unit was open. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to have a quiet and relaxing vacation and will absolutely come back and stay again!

I loved my stay at the Villas. Close to the beach, restaurant/bars, coffee shop and the surf shop. Great spot to stay while in Cerritos. I will be back.

Had a great stay! Location was super close to the beach, our kiddo loved the pool and the staff was friendly and helpful. The property was exactly what we expected, and the kitchen was well stocked enough to cook meals at home when needed. Would recommend!

My wife and I loved staying in Villa 6 at Casa Hygge. The space was perfect for two, with a small kitchen we used everyday for breakfast and coffee. The rooftop was our favorite spot, with incredible views of the mountains. We were up there every evening, sipping mezcal, watching the sunsets. Ditte and Federico were the best hosts. They’re lovely, thoughtful and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. Be sure to check out their recommendations in their guide, as they were all fantastic. Loved the location in El Pescadero. There’s plenty of beach nearby as well wonderful spots like Palmar, Pescadero 62, Hierbabuena and Agricole. Highly recommended!
