Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Cape Fear River

Perfect place for a little getaway! Right on the beach, everyone was so friendly, had everything we needed!

This is a fantastic location, steps away from the beach. The check-in desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Having someone at the desk 24*7 gave us an added sense of security, especially compared to other properties with self check-in. The property is dated but does NOT look rundown. Our room was on the top floor of the "hotel section". The view from the balcony was awesome, with an unrestricted view of the ocean. Only thing is that you cannot see the ocean from the bed unlike some other properties. You have to step onto the balcony for the view! Parking is a 1-min walk away in a covered garage. Easy and felt safe walking to and from the garage, even late at night. Added bonus was the free breakfast included (did not realize we had it till after we checked in!). Only minus is the early check-out time (10 a.m.). Would have been nice to have a 11 a.m. check-out esp since breakfast is included and it's hard to make it back in time esp if you have a relaxed and late breakfast.

We had a great stay and will definitely return. The room was clean, as described, and offered a fantastic view. The pools and hot tubs were great, and the location was perfect, right on the beach. They have drink machines on every floor, a restaurant on site and a bar by the pool. While some condos that I have stayed in previously had a building that was less impressive than our room, I was pleasantly surprised with this one. The building is older, like most hotels and condos in Myrtle Beach, but it was still nice. This place is very dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Seeing the dogs made our day! However, if you’re not a dog lover, you might want to reconsider, as dogs are everywhere. My only complaint is that I had to put the door code in multiple times because it would time out or glitch every time. The code is oddly long, super annoying. The beds weren’t particularly soft, but that won’t deter me from staying again. Hope this helps!

Overall extremely satisfied with my stay. Very nice little condo and well positioned to do a lot and very easy access to the beach. The check in is a little cumbersome with the parking deck across the street but it wasn’t too difficult I navigate. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone thinking about a trip to North Myrtle Beach.

We enjoyed our vacation. The house is absolutely gorgeous, plenty of room for multiple families. We had an issue with one of the locks and they were very quick to fix it. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect Airbnb! Located right behind the Wilmington Municipal Golf Course (less than 5 mins away). The house itself is comfortable and super clean! Perfect for a golf trip or anything else you plan to do in Wilmington as the location is also great!

This beach house was of the older, single story variety with the kitchen, dining, and living areas in the center and two bedrooms with shared bathrooms on both sides. The house appeared to be newly painted, was perfectly clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The beds were made and towels and wash clothes hung in all bathrooms, much as you would expect to find in a motel. We loved it and it weathered Storm Debby very well. Oh, I forgot to mention that there was no shrimp shucker to be found in the kitchen drawers which I found surprising, but I didn't deduct any points for that.

I enjoyed my stay I wish it were longer. Smelled amazing as soon as you walk in. Hot water for the shower clean and tidy I loved it

The local Vacasa staff was awesome. Patti and team were very responsive and saved the day with an item that was left behind. Kudos to the team! Regarding the house itself, few if any repairs have been made since last year and the age of the home is beginning to show. The bathrooms in particular could use some upgrades. This is an awesome location and with a little upkeep would be a place we return to year after year.

The air bnb was very clean and felt right at home. Great location and pretty peaceful, easy access to the beach and fishing spots.

Our family vacation was memorable thanks to our stay at the Thomas Cottage. The house was just like the pictures. There was plenty of space for all of us. Having the pool heated was definitely a highlight since the weather was a bit chilly. The kids swam everyday. The only thing I wished we had was a baby gate for the top level. We had 1 little little one and it would have been less stressful with a baby gate at the stairs.

This was such a nice condo! Everything was well stocked, the place was immaculate, and the layout was perfect for our stay.

This was our second time staying at Navin & Chanda’s unit, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Great accommodations, perfect location, and clear communication from hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

Our stay for my 51st Birthday was decent. The rooms were very nice,I thought ot was alittle more spacious but still very nice. The only unpleasant thing is net problem, other then that great! Oh I wish they could work something out with the check - in early, that would've put the icing on the cake. Nice place, will revisit.

Condo was very clean, well equipped with washer and dryer and unit. I only complain of the whole day. Was that the window in the bedroom with two beds as a light right outside of it and is very bright. Maybe some blackout curtains would help! With that being said, we would totally stay there again. Only other comment is if you are a tall individual, Over 5’10”, the showerheads are on the shorter side.

Enjoyed our stay at Navin & Chanda’s place. Loved that it is on 3rd floor as I can’t do balconies very high up. I was able to enjoy the ocean views on the balcony with my mom. The condo is spacious with great bathrooms and a kitchen that was stocked with all necessary items. Everything was clean and in proper condition. The Royal Palms itself is a great spot. Location wise you do have to drive to get to the closest gas station/convenience store/grocery store but these aren’t far. There’s also a Starbucks in the Hilton property which is right next door. We love to get a drink bucket from the pool bar downstairs, Wet Whistle, and sit on the beach or at the pool. We prefer this building and location over most other areas in Myrtle/N Myrtle.

Great location right on the river! Beautiful river views from inside the condo and on the balcony. Easy walk to area restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Reserved parking spot right by building entrance included. Host provided clear instructions for our stay. Would not hesitate to return to this property again.

Great location with nice views. The condo was very nice with a very comfy master bed. If you want to stay in a more remote area of the Carolina coast, this place fits the bill. One friendly reminder... bring your own hand soap, dishwasher pods, and dish detergent. Listing says that linens are not included but we did have a big bag of linens including bedding and towels so that was nice even though we brought our own. We REALLY enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean.
