Hotel holiday rentals in Cape Fear River

This was a great location and stay! Myself, significant other and 5 kids ages 16 and under all stayed comfortably in the residence. It was spacious enough for everyone to spread out and have their own private space if needed. The accommodations were excellent and appropriate for what we needed. They provided a complementary upgrade to an ocean view suite, which was a great feature to our stay. Rob and Julia contacted through the app to ensure check-in and everything was going well. We will definitely be staying with these hosts again! Thanks again!

Roger, who I assume is Steve & Jana’s employee was who we dealt with during our stay. Rodger was awesome! Met us in the parking lot upon arrival and walked us to our room. The room was little, cute, and fun. We stayed in the 60’s room. It is an older renovation and getting a little rundown. The bed was very soft. Economy accommodations, and a good value with friendly, helpful staff. In a quiet residential neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

This place is exactly as pictured in a great location. It was very clean, well kept, and modern. We had a bit of trouble checking in due to the system messing up our guest name information but the hosts responded quickly, were able to resolve this issue, and made sure we were able to check in successfully. The hosts were very nice and their place was better than expected!

Second time we have rented from her and I highly recommend!!! Will be back soon!!

This was my first time ever going through airbnb. Cindy was so helpful, nice and answered every question I had. Our place was clean and well equipped for our family. Beautiful view of the ocean and just a short walk to the beach. We will book through airbnb again.

Ed was great and responded quickly to any questions I had prior to our stay. The resort’s location is great especially if you have children since the Family Kingdom amusement park is directly across the street. The condo suited our family of 5 with a dog very well. The resort offered activities for children to enjoy. I loved the ease of access to the beach from the resort.

We liked everything about the place, however, the shower could use an improvement. The shower head was removable type and it either sprayed out on the bathroom floor and flooded the place or into the side of the shower wall

No complaints what so ever. It has everything we were looking for.

This was a very cozy home away from home beautiful Airbnb. I will definitely book in the future with the hostess. They were great. I enjoy waking up every morning to the beautiful view of the beach. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Great experience! Responsive host, easy check-in and the listing was as advertised. The unit was clean, quiet, tastefully decorated and had all that we needed for our time there (linens, cooking essentials, toiletries and plenty of pillows!). Expansive balcony with comfortable patio furniture and breathtaking ocean views. Will definitely book again. Thank you.

Fantastic deal. The only thing I would say is, I did not realize I booked a pet friendly room. Both of my kids have pet allergies and they both reacted to the room even though it was very clean. Had a pet smell, however! I’ll member next time I visit because I might bring my dogs - it was great set up for pets.

Amazing place for a couple or by yourself. Very clean. Great restaurants super convenient location. Wrightsville Beach is super close by and they provide beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. Quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was extremely clean and cozy! The beds were very comfortable, the view of the ocean was amazing and communication with Ericka was easy. We would definitely return and highly recommend to others looking for a stay right on the ocean!

The view is amazing! The beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. My daughters slept comfortably on the pull out couch. The ocean front view is peaceful. The resort pools are cleaned every morning & weren’t over crowded. Easy access to the beach was a hit for our kids. The common areas of the resort are kept clean (hallways, elevators & pools). Washer and dryer in the unit works great, vacuum and broom in the room. (Thankful for this because of the sand that gets tracked in from the beach). Plenty of bath towels provided & starter amount of essentials (garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, some bath soaps ect) Hosts respond quickly and effectively and are very friendly. Overall great stay, we will stay again. This was our second time. :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Weslyn’s condo on the beach, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The condo is perfectly situated on the 1st floor, offering a convenient walk-out to the pool and the beach. The space itself is well appointed and clean. The location couldn’t be better – it’s close to a variety of restaurants and activities, so we never had to travel far for great food or fun things to do. Weslyn was an exceptional host. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway.

we enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub was awesome. The place was clean and fresh. I grilled hamburgers in record time on their grill. It was great.

Wonderful, from beginning to end! Lina is a friendly, gracious, engaging, and accommodating host. The house is beautifully renovated and artfully decorated. It is conveniently located within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in Wilson's Historic District. There is easy access from the street to spacious backyard parking, and the coded door lock was simple to operate. I stayed in the Blue Garden Room, which has an adjoining full bathroom, both of which are quite spacious and luxuriously comfortable, like the rest of the house. Much of the artwork and décor have been designed and custom-made by Lina and her husband. They have created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels like home -- if only my own home were as roomy and stylish! It was such a pleasure staying at Cora Farmer House and meeting Lina that I am looking forward to staying there soon again!
