Gite for 2 people, ideally located between Bordeaux and Lacanau Ocean, equipped with every comfort with garden, private parking, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Access to a shared swimming pool and wellness area with heated whirlpool, natural solarium with deckchairs, fitness area open and accessible from May 6th to the end of September depending on the weather. For safety reasons related to the pool and wellness area, we welcome children from 12 years old in our accommodations.

My place is close to the golden triangle (700 m from Place Gambetta), the Mériadeck shopping centre, line A of the tram (train station-airport), bike stations... Our accommodation is in a quiet area. It is pleasant, well-equipped, modern, connected and comfortable: you will like it! Your accommodation is suitable for business travellers, a couple with a maximum of 1 child, or 3 adults without children. It is classified as 4* furnished tourist accommodation.

A meditation room with or without service is also at your disposal!

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.
