Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cascade Locks

We had a wonderful three night stay here on the river with Lyon-laws and will definitely be back! The setting is so peaceful, everyone reported their bed as being super comfortable with soft luxurious linens. The hot tub on the deck has an awesome river view. Gretchen and Flavio were friendly and responsive and even got us an early check-in time just as a kind gesture. Thanks so much!

Everything was clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay! It felt safe and was so serene and peaceful! Still super close to everything but just out of the way enough to have peace and quiet!

The Art House perfectly met our needs. From the cozy fireplace to the comfy beds, we felt right at home on this mother-daughter time away. Leah was very responsive and provided a clear balance of privacy and friendliness -- respecting our time alone but inviting us to stop by to say hello should we choose :) We're looking forward to returning with the rest of the family.

We had to book this place last minute (day of) as our previous accommodations had cancelled on us. Susan was so easy to work with and was very helpful! Couldn’t have asked for a better saving of the day. The house was very clean, and was perfect for our group of gals. We had 1 guest that is severely allergic to dogs and even though this is a pet friendly house, not once did she have any type of reaction which goes to show just how clean the house was. I would absolutely recommend to a friend!

We had a lovely three night stay at Bruce's Airbnb. It was just as described and very roomy. The kitchen was the highlight, as we are all avid cooks. It had everything we needed including pots and pans, spices, olive oil, coffee, etc. We cooked up a storm as it was quite rainy while we were there. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and played lots of games at the large kitchen table. The generous hot water and excellent water pressure was much enjoyed after a long XC ski. There was a large deck with both a gas and charcoal grill but we didn't use them because of the weather. Lovely views over the Gorge and Columbia river too!

Damon has anticipated the needs of everyone. From the moment you enter, there’s something for pets, an instruction manual, well laid out living / kitchen / bathroom and bedrooms. There are chargers in the bedroom. Multiple clean towels; make-up removal towels. I felt very well catered for. I highly recommend staying here. My only suggestion is take ear-plugs for when you sleep IF you are a lite sleeper. There is a train line close by, so a few times through each evening the train blows its whistle.

My parents, dog and I had a great 4 days at Eugenia’s Craftsman in the lovely (and centrally located) Sullivan’s Gulch ‘hood. She was the first Airbnb host I’ve had that reached out before we arrived to see if we had questions (!) and was very responsive to some that came up during our stay. She was also kind enough to send a couple items I left behind. Her kitchen was very well stocked (the snack bars were a nice & welcome touch!) and there was a lot of unique art to appreciate throughout the house. Comfortable beds with nice linens ensured we slept well (rarely the case for me away from home). We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the neighborhood, although there is a lovely and spacious back yard as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great house, great location and sparkling clean! At first, we were thinking that there is nowhere to walk our dog. We like very long walks at least three times a day. Next day we found the pass to the other part of the neighborhood with unlimited amount of trails along the river and in the forest. It is just couple minutes away from the house. Our favorite forest entrance is the one dedicated to Ladybug dog. It is a very nice pass to the river. The living room has big enough table for the board games nights. I see that some people complain about the mattress. It is memory foam one. You either like this type or you don’t in general. It worked perfectly for me, though my husband complained it is too soft for him. Kids really liked upstairs beds. The house also equipped with everything for the dogs. We didn’t need it as we bring everything for our pup as we travel a lot and many houses don’t have dog items. You will find: bowls, towels, poop bags, etc. Thank you for having us!

Karen and Eric’s place was more than we could’ve asked for. Very kind, friendly, and generous hosts. Communication was very quick with clear details and descriptions of everything needed to enjoy a weekend getaway in beautiful Oregon wine country. Great recommendations on local restaurants and wineries. A very pleasant stay that made us feel right at home while simultaneously experiencing luxurious spa amenities with breathtaking views. Counting down the days until we can revisit!

Beautiful home and a nice place to stay with our extended family. We had three couples and one elderly woman. Three bedrooms upstairs share one bathroom with the bathroom being off one of the bedrooms. So, the two other couples using the bedrooms upstairs had to walk downstairs to use the bathroom. Moreover, two of the bedrooms are connected, so that the couple in the rear bedroom had to walk through the bedroom of the other couple. This would be a good arrangement if there were children in the rear bedroom, but perhaps not for adult couples. The house is located between the highway and the river. It is convenient to get onto the highway to get up to the mountains. However, there is some of the noise from the highway.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Donna was super responsive when we had questions or concerns. Really cute and cozy house. The setting is beautiful, too.

Loved Abby's place! If you're looking for a staycation away from home, this one is hard to beat. During our 4 day stay, it poured for 2 days, but it didn't take away from our experience at all. If anything, the weather made the hot tub and sauna even better! Plenty to do inside and around the property if you want to get some much needed R&R and family time. Kitchen, garage-turned-into-game-room, super comfortable mattresses, the list goes on and on!

It is a very nice place that I liked to share with my girlfriend.

This has now turned into an annual get away for us & we couldn’t be happier! We absolutely LOVE staying at Madalyn’s cabin in Ariel! It’s one of the most peaceful, beautiful places we’ve found yet! So close to where we love to fish, we really couldn’t ask for a better spot! The fire pit & outside picnic table area is always a hit amongst our group of friends that join us. Everyone agrees that this is on the top of our list to repeat annually! We will surely be looking forward to next year’s trip to the lake! Thank you again for the wonderful stay yet again! Judy’s place was the perfect little mountain cabin getaway! It’s just as described and very cute and cozy. Would recommend!

I stayed at Fran and John's when I visited Portland to attend a friend's memorial and have a brief work retreat. The bright, peaceful space is even more lovely than it looks in the pictures, and comfortable, with good heat, fast wifi, soft towels, and strong coffee. I particularly appreciated the private deck for getting some work done in the afternoon sun under towering trees and the sound of backyard birds. Fran and John were kind and responsive hosts and I will be looking to book their cottage again the next time I'm in town!

Loved the place. Quiet, clean, close to everything in NE Portland. Veronika is very responsive and great to work with. Will definitely stay again.

Sonia was a fantastic host and her spot was cozy, clean and just as described. I visited with my two cats (her first kitty visitors!), and she was so sweet to provide a litter box, scratching post and some toys! Sonia was also very communicative with quick responses to any questions I had. A++ host!!

Nellie's cottage was clean, convenient & as described. A great place to crash for a night or two & a nice court yard.

Diane's airbnb is conveniently located for us to visit our kids and grandkids, and also anyone who has students at Reed College. We love the feel of the neighborhood, and walking around at night is beautiful around Christmas time with lights on houses. Also, I should add, the bed was very very comfortable. Dianne and Michael made us feel welcome!
