Beautiful, spacious one bedroom apartment.

Malepère is a lovely, spacious one bedroom apartment. Access via a small flight of exterior stairs which lead to a bright, open plan living space with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa with fiber television (French), Netfilx, Disney and DVD player. Just off the lounge you will find a balcony with views over the gardens, swimming pool and distant Pyrenees - the perfect place to relax. Malepère has one generous size double bedroom up a small flight of stairs.

A delightful self-contained cottage. The gite is set in six acres of beautiful garden and private woodland and boasts a year-round diversity of flowering shrubs and trees rich in birdsong. British owners Peter and Tom welcome groups of up to six people. There is also potential to accommodate an additional two guests (plus child) in an adjoining room with private bathroom. The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.
