It is a traditional, cozy and private granite cottage situated in a quiet river valley surrounded by woodland, birds and wildlife, with EXCLUSIVE use of our salt water pool. the house is good for couples, families (with kids) we do not charge more during holiday times, same great price all year, and pets (but please check first).

The Stone House with an area of 19 m2, is located on the banks of the Alva River, on the river beach of Vimieiro, considered the best river beach, by the magazine "Guia das Praias Fluviais", The house has a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Surrounded by a unique landscape, you can observe the irrigation wheel and the mill still in operation. The picnic area with barbecue and playground are also an attraction for those who visit us. House in the historic center of the village of Sabugueiro, where you can enjoy the local cuisine, with the various shops and restaurants. About 400 meters away is the river beach, which is a natural pool, as well as dozens of beaches and lagoons a few kilometers away (the closest place to them). Brand new accommodation, with the architectural design of the region, made of wood and stone, with all the conditions for a pleasant stay.
