Monthly Rentals in Cenote del Vivero

Connie, Pedro and Cesar are great hosts. They are very responsive if there is any issues. I stayed there for 3 months and it turns out that the refrigerator was a problem - so they replaced it with a new one! They occassionally reached out to make sure everything was ok and if I needed anything. The location was great for me - I wanted a place far from tourist areas, plenty of space, and I wanted to do lots of walking for fitness (I lost 3.5 inches off my waist). It's a 45 min walk to the fabulous Playa Punta Esmeralda. A 20 min walk to Walmart. But if you want close restaurants, an OXXO, 7-Eleven, Six or a potable water refill station, they are just minutes away at the end of the street. The couch in the living area is very comfortable - I spent a lot of time just laid back chilling on it watching movies in the evening on my tablet with the excellent wifi connection. Both bedrooms have a TV but I never used them. Each room has an AC unit but I rarely needed to use them.

Excellent location. Close to Fifth Avenue, but in a quiet area, without much noise but close to everything. Very nice beaches nearby ( 600 mts approx) Nice place to go with guys.

He was a terrific host and I love the place. I love the rooftop. The bed was very comfortable. The people and the amenities were excellent. If there is one thing I could say, I think they need a new couch. Other than that, I will book again.

We have stayed at several GAP properties and they were all as advertised. Soul 2 is great, it is on the quieter end of 5th Ave, closer to the better beaches and has plenty of restraunts to check out. The pool and common areas are kept clean. We would definately stay again.
