Monthly Rentals in Cenote Ponderosa

Armanda's home, space, atmosphere, and environment were wonderful! Exactly what I was hoping for, and what I needed! The location is very private and secure, and feels plenty safe, and the surroundings are so beautiful! Armanda y Pedro have clearly put so much work, time, and money into their home and yard. It is very peaceful, with iguanas, happy singing birds, and plants and flowers. I adored it, and all the more, Armanda is a very kind, gracious, helpful host! There are scenic beaches and cenotes not very far, but It is the kind of place more for people who are looking for a meditative, calm, peaceful, quiet location. The accommodations are simple but plenty adequate. I bought groceries and made meals in the kitchen most of the time, and spent mornings outside with coffee and a book or journal. It was truly a lovely visit and experience. Armanda and Pedro are very pleasant and kind beautiful souls. Maybe it's not for everyone, but if you feel drawn to it, there's a reason!

Just as listing shows. Only laundry service $100peso for wash&dry. Lovely view of sunrise and boat marina. Very quiet with units on all sides. Patio with jacuzzi tub was nice. There are golf carts, cars, and mopeds for rent for inside the area. Free dolphin shows everyday.

Was here for a class at Zero Gravity dive center so didn’t have much time to explore the marina and surroundings. The apartment was a convenient and enjoyable pleasant place to stay. It was a t ground level and opened onto the pool. The managers were great communicators.

Maria is an amazing host. Always so helpful and responsive. The Airbnb is in a great location. Not right next to the chaos of the Centro but close enough that we can walk to it in less than 10 min! It’s the best of both worlds. Great stores and food is nearby. The beach is maybe 15 min walk at most. Super safe at night. My fave airbnb in playa del Carmen in my personal opinion.
