The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

You can expect a modern flair with a lot of love for detail. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is quiet, but still directly adjacent to the trendy Dresden Neustadt district. Restored and furnished with fine decorations keeping the medieval atmosphere, it is at your disposal for an unforgettable stay. Also described by Goethe: "all alone in the infinite solitude of that corner of the world". The house is located in the historical center a few meters from the castle of Malcesine. All the old town is only pedestrian and can only be reached on foot.
