Family-friendly holiday rentals in Central Florida

Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

Great house with comfortable furniture and beds. We all slept well. Very clean and exactly like the photos. Hot tub was amazing after long days at the parks. Would definitely come back for another stay.

This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in! We absolutely loved this house, Monica has thought of everything you could need to make this a comfortable family home. The pool is incredible and we loved watching wildlife out the back. Everything you could need is a drivable distance and the area is lovely. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. We really didn't want to leave, thanks Monica!

The place was very comfortable for my wife and I who were in town for a wedding. The description was accurate and it was a very short walk to the beach. Also, the pool and hot tub were great and the hot tub heated up quickly. Controls for the hot tub and pool were way easier to use than other places we’ve stayed.

We have a family of 5, one being a 10 month old baby, a 7yo and a 9yo and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home away from Home for a week! The house was perfect and accommodating to all of us! The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect! The beds weren’t uncomfortable which was a pleasant surprise because most places don’t tend to care too much about that! I love how the kitchen is set up and labeled so we didn’t have to remember exactly where things went! And Carrie was prepared for us having a baby! Not having to travel with pack n play, high chair and even a stroller is so nice (even though we brought a stroller, she has one there!) I love the alarm system being in place, and the neighborhood was nice! 10/10 recommend this house to anyone! Especially families with children, ours loved the game room!

Super stay. Incredibly convenient for the Disney Parks. Very well appointed place in a nice quiet location that was nice to come back to. All immaculately clean and as described. Highly recommended.

Emma and Rene’s place was excellent! We have stayed in many Air BnB’s and this one was a fantastic, family friendly and all around excellent rental. The space was comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone, it was very clean and the kids enjoyed the pool and the play area. We didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect to go to the Hideway Club and easy access to the Celebration area. We had a blast just hanging out at the property and we would highly recommend Emma and Rene’s place for your next stay. Photos were as advertised and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will book this rental next time we return to the area. Thanks again for a great stay!

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

I visited Sarasota with my family from the state of Rhode Island from April 4 to April 7 and we stayed at Jason’s & Laura house and it was an amazing experience. The house was very clean and organized. The house is located on a great neighborhood, super safe and great amenities. The house was stocked with beach supplies like beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board and a beach cooler that was so nice. The house was exactly what we were expecting, I would recommended to everyone. Thank you Josh and laura.

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

My fiancé and I along with our dogs had a great time staying at Elaine’s place! The house & views were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

This will be my second time staying at Virginia’s Orlando location. My husband and I truly love it so much and will continue to stay here. Virginia is very responsive and is always checking up on you. Her description of the place is accurate. The location is lovely and is extremely safe! I have only good things to say and would recommend this Airbnb to anyone. :)

Our stay was very comfortable, just like we were in our own homes. The Lodge was so unique!! Hope to stay there again.

What a treasure. Everything was so clean & inviting. We have stayed at the Mermaid 2 x's when we had a larger group & this time it was us 2 our 2 furbabies. We absolutely loved the Dolphin layout. So cozy & peaceful. Liz is a such a caring fun host. We loved sitting outside of the bungalow in the mornings having our coffee & headed to Liz's private beach area during the day. We even got to watch new palm trees being planted since the hurricane damage the old ones. Aslo met nice ppl & their furbabies. We absolutely love Liz & her gorgeous establishment. Thanks Liz. See you & your furbabies next year.

Really great location with nice backyard and convenient to many restaurants! Walking distance to most everything. Enjoyed the house and will absolutely return…Chris is fast on responding and house is as described

Wonderful place to stay!! Neighborhood was quiet, house was just as pictured. Pool heat worked out very well for our stay. Property management team stopped by to make sure the trash made it to the road, had the pleasure of speaking with him for a while he seemed to take real pride in the property all the way around a great home for a wonderful price wouldn’t mind to stay again at all!!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

Overall a great place to stay even if just for the patio! Our stay was for 2 weeks in February. It actually was warm enough (80°) for a quick dip in the pool. -Bed was incredibly comfortable…and I am super picky about mattresses! And pillows! We both slept really well. -Very clean -Bathroom - shower appears small but actually quite roomy. -Extremely well stocked kitchen. -Very quiet neighborhood - my husband was able to work on the patio, also great neighborhood for walking -Patio - great covered area as well as area for sun. Pool is super clean. -Close to shopping - grocery store less than 5 min away -So many extras are supplied…toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, cleaners, pool towels, and more We may make this an annual trip!

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

Fantastic! My husband and I needed a few weeks of R&R and that's just what we got at Mike's & Jeff's place. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans and dishes. The pool was perfect, we sat outside most every day reading and soaking up the sun. If I have my way, we'll be back next year, but longer.

Marty was a great host, checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The house was beautiful, well kept. We will definitely be staying here again.
