Holiday rentals with a patio in Central Florida

The Ruby Gem on Yaricel listing was great l. I really enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed it so much I decided to extend my stay for a couple more days. Yaricel was a great host. She made everything about my stay comfortable, from accommodating my early checkin, to her helpful attentiveness, quick response time and her willingness to assist in helping me properly extend my stay when I was unsure of the process. Overall I had a 5 star stay and I highly recommend Yaricel's listing when looking for a quality place to stay while visiting Lakeland. I look forward to staying again.

Our stay was perfect. The place was just as the pictures show. It was very clean which is the first thing I look for as I am so picky on where I stay. My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here for a week. Place was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. This place is right outside Downtown Sarasota and only about 15 minutes from Siesta Keys. Lisa was a great host. If ever back in Sarasota we would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, apartment was very clean and spotless . It’s was easy check in .Location was very closed to everywhere middle of Tampa .We enjoyed exploring the area .l can highly recommend to Edgar places .

We had a wonderful stay! The 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was very communicative and responded promptly to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved Efrain’s place . It was very close to our son’s home which made it wonderful. The place was very clean , close to restaurants, very comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely try to book his place again.

This was the top notch Airbnb, great value for the price. The home was clean, beautifully, furnished, and spacious. Kitchen was very well stocked, there’s a laundry room, showers were large with good water flow. The hosts were very kind and responsive. We came down to hunt fossils in the peace river, and it was great to come back to this place after a long day on the water. Will definitely come back next time and thank you!

Joe was a great host, super communicative and available. His place was sparkling clean and close to everything I needed to do while there. Chris was a great host! The condo was immaculate, fresh, very clean. Needed home essentials were available. Spectacular view!!! Quiet and peaceful resort. Bed was comfortable. Only recommendation would be a darker shade in the bedroom as hall light still peeked in overnight. Will definitely look Chris' place up next time we're in the area!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Rental was very clean. Had plenty of extras like towels, high quality beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, etc. that made for a great stay. Location was away from overly commercial area which made it quiet and beach entrance was right across the street. Commute to downtown St Augustine was easy.

We had an amazing time! My best Friend and I came down with my two kids (ages 8,6) for spring break. Place was just as described. Was clean, and cutely decorated with a beach theme. Had some games for the kids as well. There was a list of great recommendations for things to do and restaurants close by. I had a few questions and host was very friendly and quick to respond! Just a short walk to the beach, but located conveniently right across from the pool! Hot tub was nice and relaxing, located in the middle of the building on the first floor. If you’re driving I would recommend brining your own beach chairs, as the ones provided in the unit are not very comfortable. Beach is gorgeous!we loved staying on the beach and just a short drive to this historic downtown area. We highly recommend staying here! Definitely grab breakfast at island donuts!

An absolutely perfect place to stay. I loved the quick walk to the beach, and the condo was adorable!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Great location near the beach. The apartment had everything we needed, and the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Friendly host — would recommend!
