Live directly on the Karl-Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. This is where the art scene "lives" (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property begins the so-called Neuseenland. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. Everything is no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl-Heine Canal. Currently, there are animals (including camels) on the Jahrtausendfeld, of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet in the middle of it.

Beautifully decorated two-bedroom apartment with historical high ceilings decorated in ornate stucco moldings, mid-century and modern furniture throughout, bathroom with large bathtub and separate toilet. The ideal place to call home while in Prague either for a weekend trip, business trip, or longer stays.

At the same time, you can reach the popular pub mile with a variety of gastronomic facilities in just a few steps. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quietly located in a side street, so that you can enjoy a heavenly quiet night's sleep. And then the view from the terrace ....
