GREAT LOCATION**** individual duplex with charm

Very nice and well-kept duplex apartment over 2 floors in a perfect city location with the best connections. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. Everything has been carefully renovated with attention to detail. The apartment has its own entrance and ground-level terrace, is spacious at over 50 square meters, comfortably, stylishly and charmingly furnished. Long-term stays are also possible. Price upon request.

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. You are just as welcome there as in our guest apartment. We will gladly give you advice and tips about our city over a glass of wine. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
