Our municipality is a "quiet area" according to § 47d of the Federal Immission Control Act, i.e. there is no traffic, industrial, commercial or leisure noise. It's really quiet here!

The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, kettle, small fridge and sink (water container). You will find everything you need in terms of cooking and dining utensils, as well as spices. The wood-burning stove quickly creates cozy warmth if needed. Guests - shower & toilet are located in the barn.

"Benno the Car" was originally an old shooting stand, which we converted into a tiny house with a lot of passion and love for detail. In it you can now stay in the middle of nature and still feel at home. On about 16 square meters you have everything you really need to live. Benno stands near a detached cottage outside Kleintettau in the Franconian Forest. On a meadow on the edge of the forest, he says good night to the fox and rabbit and is happy about company!
