Inside is a large fully equipped kitchen and large family/dining room to spread out & watch TV, do a puzzle, read book. Want to get on the water there are 2 boat ramps to launch your boat within 6 mi. of house. Note:There is no water access from backyard!

Nested on a bluff overlooking the lake, Blue Vista is a cheerful house with a relaxed personality. Enjoy the amazing view, fully-stocked kitchen, oversized jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub. Blue Vista is a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting. With that in mind, we can not accommodate requests for those intending to host loud parties or crowds. Pet fee of $100 per booking. Dogs only please.

Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi from Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned parcel.

This amazing property puts you on Spider Mountain's peak, where hiking and bike trails await just outside your door and Lake Buchanan vistas surround. The house is 50 minutes to COTA and 30 minutes to Zilker Park (ACL) and downtown Austin. 7 minutes to Lakeway. 10 minutes to H‑E‑B.
