A treasure tucked away in a busy local neighborhood. Everything a person needs close by with taxi and colectivo on the street. Alfonso, Arturo and family have been kind, very helpful and responsive to any request, we felt like family by the time we left! I was able to get several items I needed-delivered, and Arturo went and purchased a special battery I needed! We felt safe, & confident if we needed anything or anyone that they were there for us. Nighttime was quiet for great sleep unlike many places we’ve stayed in MX. Comfortable place and cute garden area where Alfonzo blessed us with fresh coconuts and avocados several times! The neighbor has a fruit and vegetable business and became a good friend. Landry services a few doors down. Make sure you include this place in your travels to sample true Mexican culture and hospitality!

The place is very quiet, safe, cozy, we really enjoyed it, the social area, the pool is impeccable and it is extremely well-equipped, both the room and the palapa with appliances and kitchen utensils, the place has a magnificent location as it is very central, restaurants, pharmacies, taco parlors, laundries, convenience stores, everything is close. Elizabeth was always attentive to anything that was needed, I definitely recommend it and of course I would come back, the place has a very nice vibe, they make you feel at home....

I had a fantastic stay at Felipe’s place! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location.
