Nestled in the heart of the Charente countryside, La Maison Giacomelli lives to the rhythm of nature. Wooded park, enclosed garden and large heated swimming pool (10×5 m), southwest facing. The perfect spot to laze under the trees, gaze at the starry sky, or mindfully enjoy a glass of rosé while watching the sunset over the pool. Surrender to the sweetness of the Charente by strolling in Nanteuil-en-Vallée or Verteuil-sur-Charente. Cognac and Angoulême are nearby.

Beauséjour gîte

The Beauséjour gîte (170 m2) with terrace, is located 7 km from Angoulême, in a peaceful hamlet, close to another gîte. Shared access to the swimming pool (5x10) Description: 1 living room with kitchen of 75 m2, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 x 200, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 120 x 190, 2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. Baby crib and changing table available. Beds made on arrival. The cottage is for 6 people including children. From 07/15 to 08/31, weekly rental

Le Cosy

Le Cosy is located within a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angouleme (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Upon arrival, let yourself be enveloped by the sweetness of the place: the beds will already be ready, you will only have to slip under the sheets to enjoy a moment of absolute relaxation. Linens are graciously provided by the owner for the duration of your stay, you will also find pool towels, to fully enjoy the beautiful days

Country home in the city

Angoulême, 10 minutes from the city center, in a peaceful area, an 18th century house, surrounded by a one-hectare park. The large building is divided into two: the home of the owners David and Corinne, and a gîte. The 180 m2 gîte is on the ground floor and 1st floor. You have access to the garden, the pool (shared with the owners), you have enough to make a barbecue, with furniture to eat outside.

Dépendance de 36m2 mitoyenne à une grand maison charentaise. Salle de bain avec douche privée, wc, pas de cuisine mais micro onde, réfrigérateur. Grand jardin avec piscine. Parking intérieur privatif( Véhicules, vélo, moto). Abri pour les 2 roues. Possibilité petit déjeuner 7,50 €/pers. Possibilité repas: 17,50 €/pers. prévenir la veille. A 15 min en voiture d'Angoulême et de La Rochefoucault.

2-person cottage

Relax in this quiet and elegant countryside accommodation in an old house. A living room with lounge 2 sofas and a kitchen area with a very functional kitchenette. A large bedroom with dressing room. A large bathroom with walk-in shower. Gite in a wing of the owners' house with a separate terrace. A swimming pool will be at your disposal in summer.

Riverfront studio with shared pool

Independent studio 30 m² on a 4000 m² park by the river (river access and directly from the garden), terrace by the river 130 m2, shared heated pool from June to September (access from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.). 10 min from the city center of Angoulême. A little piece of heaven: an oasis in the heart of the city and 1 hour from the first beaches

Idéalement située à Saint-Yrieix-sur-Charente, la Villa Angoulême vous accueille dans un cadre confortable et entièrement équipé, parfait pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis.
