The Logis de Saint Germain

A charming Logis de chasse (hunting lodge) dating from 1666, on the edge of the village of Saint German de Montbron, nestling in the beautiful Charente countryside. We have two very spacious bedrooms, a large salon, kitchen and bathroom. All is fully modernised. Access to the garden for outdoor dining, barbecue, all in a very pretty garden. Use of the owners above ground pool and 2 acres of garden. We also have a second gite, for two people, listed on Airbnb, making it ideal for larger groups.

Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Le Cosy is located within a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angouleme (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

In our country house, just 12 minutes from Angoulême, we invite you to stay in the 50 m2 private apartment that we had furnished for our children, recently completely renovated, equipped and carefully decorated. 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen with sofa bed and 1 shower room/toilet. From June to September, free access to the terrace and heated pool as well as a private outdoor dining/shaded relaxation area. Up to 6 guests.

36 m2 annex adjoining a large Charentais house. Bathroom with private shower, toilet, no kitchen but microwave and fridge. Large garden with pool. Private indoor parking (vehicles, bicycles, motorbikes). Shelter for 2-wheelers. Breakfast available at €7.50 per person. Meal option: €17.50/person. Please notify us the day before. A 15-minute drive from Angoulême and La Rochefoucault.

Independent 30 m² studio in a 4,000 m² park by the river and under the trees. Direct access to the river from the garden. Shared swimming pool with us, heated from June to September (access from 10 am to 7 pm). 10 minutes from the centre of Angoulême. A little corner of paradise: an oasis in the heart of the city and just an hour away from the first beaches on the Atlantic coast.
