Shops 5 min, swimming in the Charente 15 min, ocean 40 min, Cognac 30 min, distillery 10 m, forest walk 300 m. Great for exploring the Charente-Maritime. At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool.
