On the banks of the Charente, located in the commune of Chaniers, close to Saintes and to all amenities (Coop supermarket, tobacconist, hairdresser, bakery, butcher, florist, pizzeria, restaurants, market, etc.) 8 minutes from the A10, 35 minutes from the Côte de Beauté, 20 minutes from Cognac, 50 minutes from La Rochelle.
