Monthly Rentals in Charles Town

Very clean & comfortable space. The fenced yard was great for the dog & the front porch was nice to sit on. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures! The kitchen has all new appliances but only a few basics are provided as far as cooking ware & dishes so if you plan to cook or eat in much you may want to bring your own. Overall a very nice stay!

Second time I have stayed and I enjoy the location and the close by food and drink options. Very quiet for a downtown location. While they do not offer parking, free parking is just two blocks away. The street parking in from of Abolitionist makes it easy to unload.

Love this listing! Gorgeous, clean and well-stocked place with everything we needed to cook, rest comfortably, work, and relax during our recent stay. Autumn is a wonderful host, responding right away when we needed something. Highly recommend!

Had a great time staying at this house. We recently moved back to the U.S. from living in Japan. I booked this place so that we would be able to have my daughters come for Christmas. It had been several years since we had all been together. Cory was an excellent host. There was a Christmas tree in the house which made it feel more like home. The house was clean and had loads of amenities. The house is a quick walk into historic Charles town which has restaurants, stores and coffee shops. Close to Harpers ferry. Would recommend this place to anyone.
