Bienvenue dans notre charmante maisonnette entre Beauce et Perche, dépendance de 38m² de notre maison principale. Profitez d'un jardin indépendant et garez votre voiture sur notre emplacement privé. À moins de 30 kms de Chartres et à 5 kms de la gare de Courville-sur-Eure (ligne Paris-Montparnasse), vous êtes ici en pleine nature, propice au calme et au repos.
