Very clean, quiet accommodation we spent only one night Veronique is a very friendly host.

Beautiful apartment for 2 with 2 seater sofa if needed. Sofa bed excellent but clutter if you have to stay longer at more than 2. Ideal location to be quiet in the countryside and still 5 minutes from Poitiers. Perfect setting for rest. To be done again if I come back to the area and therefore to be recommended. 👍

House in perfect condition, perfectly renovated and secluded. The stay was perfect and Patrick was very responsive. We will undoubtedly be back.

It was a really nice week in the gîte rosiers. We enjoyed very much the nice surroundings and fun activities nearby. Super friendly hosts, they were always ready for us for help, fun tips and a chat here and there. It is definitely recommended!!

Have a great weekend in the countryside with the family. Excellent welcome from Peter flexible on the schedules that allowed us not to leave as we wanted in the early afternoon. A cake was waiting for us when we arrived. The wood burning stove was nice given the bad weather. Great time to play in the barn: billiards, darts... Very good bedding. Just be careful with the stairs whose steps are not wide but once you don't have a problem. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

We fell in love with this cute little house, equipped with all comforts. The environment is very quiet and the host is very responsive. Shops a few miles away, including the Bel Air brewery that I recommend 😀 In all and for everything it was a great stay in a great place, I highly recommend it.

Simon and Sarah are impeccable hosts. The cottage is gigantic and offers an impressive number of activities. You can't be bored, you can't be disappointed. The photos are pretty, but don't do reality justice. The setting is beautiful and exotic. Thank you so much, and I hope to be back soon:)

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The house provided us with everything we needed! It was very cosy, nicely decorated and clean! All kinds of equipment to cook, basics such as coffee and milk and other snacks and drinks were also available upon our arrival, we felt so welcome! The message on the blackboard was heart-warming;-). There were all kinds of extras such as a whole collection of DVDs and books, toys for kids all ages, ... The pool was magnificent, just big enough for a refreshing dive or just having fun in the water. The garden was also very nice, well equipped (and safe for kids!), the patio next to the barn very cosy and relaxing! Last but not least, I would like to give a special thanks to Lesley, the lovely house keeper, who provided us with everything we needed (and quickly!), she made us feel very welcome. We spent three days in this place, with friends, four couples. Very nice living room where we were able to have a good time around an aperitif, facing the wood stove. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Kitchen is large and well equipped. The area is peaceful, very quiet. Possibility to play pétanque for amateurs, in the path along the house. The pool was clean, and the sun loungers were perfect. Possibility of long walks from the house, in the countryside. A very nice renovation, with a very nice decor. Great place to spend time with friends and family.

Very welcoming home. Host very dear and concerned about the well-being of the Guests. We recommend everyone to stay with family, friends or even with coworkers as we do.

A beautiful castle that has retained its authenticity. Some may find the "hunting trophies" decoration a little too much. Nevertheless, they are only in passageways and not in the rooms, which is absolutely not disturbing. The exteriors are superb, with a big crush on the pool area where we spent half of the stay.

Fabienne has shown great availability that it owes at the time of our arrival or departure. The accommodation complies with the description. We particularly appreciated its area corresponding to what we were looking for.

A very cozy and comfortable space! With everything necessary and a beautiful garden surrounded by nature. Very useful to be able to leave the car on the plot itself. Recommended!

Suitable for 1 or 2 nights for a family or more for two There is only one large room. The situation in relation to the futuroscope is ideal. Pets are allowed with the consent of the owner. There is a walking path 2 minutes walk away, that's perfect. Overall we had a nice stay.

The cottage was comfortable and spacious for a family with children. The pool allowed us to cool off on hot days. We were able to visit many cultural sites while entertaining ourselves in a more fun way. The cottage is well located to explore the area.

Very pleasant stay. The place is peaceful, very clean and above all very well equipped: linens and towels, comfortable bedding, everything you need to accommodate a baby (2 umbrella beds, high chair, bath ring, multiple games including a slide that my 15-month-old son loved), various activities to please at all ages (raclette and barbecue machine, but also foosball, dartboard, board games, books, swing and a wooden cabin at the bottom of the garden, not to mention lamas, sheep and ducks that we took care to feed daily thanks to the loaves left by our hosts). And regarding the hosts Monique and Christian, we can only thank them as they are helpful and considerate. Christian told us the way to get to their place a week before we came. In short, a very nice place where everything is thought out to be at best (boots and K-way have helped us out), even if they can't predict the good weather yet...
