lovely cozy clean and quiet place to stay near Pittsburg to get away for a weekend. We enjoyed having the convenience of a private kitchen with the retro refrigerator and matching microwave and appreciated the thoughtful details like healthy dish soap and an assortment of good herbal teas available. The bed was comfortable and the gas fireplace in the bedroom added to the cozy ambience. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

I stayed here while in town for an exam at the nearby Prometric center. The space was very clean, check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. It’s conveniently located close to food and Morgantown amenities. Would definitely recommend!

The place was exactly as Lorenzo had mentioned in the posting. Since the place was away from the main town area/s and located along the river it was very calm, serene, relaxing and beautiful. A very rare find. Totally worth the money!!! There is a train track right behind the place. Trains would pass-by every hour or two but it wasn’t a disturbance at all. The gazebo space & the little counter in front of it was very cute. It was pleasant to sit there and enjoy the view. Early mornings gave a very peaceful atmosphere. The check-in & check-out instructions were very clear. The room was neat and clean. There were basic amenities as listed. The bathroom had hot water. Parking space in front of the property was a great asset. In general the neighborhood is very quiet. Would definitely recommend this place and given a chance would visit again with family and friends.

Jenn and Bobby were amazing hosts. Their space is huge and an excellent value. The central location in Morgantown is perfect. The only concern is walking up the driveway at night, but it's Morgantown so what are you gonna do. We felt great staying there!

This is a unique and super cool place, and much bigger than it looks in the photos. I really enjoyed having the garage door open on the warm spring days and evenings, with a nice breeze flowing through the open space. The kitchen has everything you would need, with just about every size pan and pot you could desire. Davis is a tiny town, so you're just a short walk away from everything. Although the property is located on the main street, the living space is so far away from the front door, you never hear any traffic from outside. I highly recommend staying here, and if I return to Davis, I definitely will stay here again.

The only improvement I would recommend is to have clear instructions left out as to where/how to catch the bus and where to walk to the slopes. Also, I recommend to future guests this: already have a pass when you walk to the top of the slopes. Otherwise it is a long hike to the lodge to once you ski down from the condo.

Comfortable and clean and equipped with essentials. I would definitely recommend this place and won’t hesitate to stay there again.

We had the opportunity to spend a long weekend with family members to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday and Easter! This place was fantastic! The location was beautiful and the hosts were super responsive to any questions asked. I would highly recommend this place and I’m looking forward to going back in the near future!

This house was very cozy, VERY clean and comfortable. Beds were super nice and sheets were so soft. Will definitely be staying here again.

We look forward to coming back. Quick drive into Morgantown for events.

I took a trip with some of my nieces and nephews (we all have birthdays within these two months) and they had a blast. From the jacuzzi to the fireplace and the collection of books upstairs and two balconies to take in the view of the town… ahhhhh. Just a perfect getaway for some family bonding time. Thank you for helping us create new memories in your space! Your throw blankets downstairs were a top favorite… and I appreciate all the towels you spared! Thank you so much

What a nice, comfortable cottage backing onto the Cheat River! The back porch is great for morning coffee & breakfast & the kitchen is spacious & well-equipped. Rowlesburg is close to many nice areas for hiking/biking & an easy hour drive to Morgantown to visit our son. One thing I always appreciate about being home in WV (grew up near the Ohio River) is the open-ness & friendliness of the locals just about anywhere I go.

We came out to Morgantown to visit our daughter at WVU. The chalet had a very homey feel, I definitely felt like I had been there a while when I got there. The directions were easy to follow and we had no problems finding it. There was plenty of space to prepare meals inside, as well as entertain both inside and out. The furniture was in generally good condition and clean. The bathroom was well furnished and the dual shower was very nice. This place was a great place to base our visit and venture out into the surrounding countryside. In comparison to other rentals we have had over the years, this ranks as #2 in quality, value and overall satisfaction. We will be looking to rent this again on our next visit. Our only complaint was the musty smell. It was prevalent when you walked in, but left quickly. When we arrived home, we could smell it on our clothes. It was very rainy while we were there and we'd like to give the owners the benefit of the doubt.

We loved this place! The house is great for a group of people. It is very well decorated, all of the fine details thought of and, overall very comfortable. The fenced in backyard is huge. Our pup loved it. The outdoor area is beautiful and very private. We would love to rent this place again!

Loved staying at Anthony's place with my closest friends for a fishing trip. It was so convenient to all our favorite streams. The beds were super comfortable and the place was perfect. We would go back for sure. Anthony was so helpful, responsive and kind. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Laurel Highlands I highly recommend it.

Great spot just outside Seven Springs resort. We had such a fun girls trip and staying here definitely added to it. The loft is so cute and cosy, the balcony has a great view. The kitchen and bathroom are very nice as well. The host provided all the menus for the resort restaurants and plenty of suggestions for things to do around the area. 10/10 would book again.

This property was perfect. Everything has been thought of and the property is in excellent condition. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and would definitely return. We were at Seven Springs for a race weekend and the proximity to the mountain was perfect. 5 Stars all round.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin for our après-ski weekend this year! The location was perfect—easy to find and ski and ski out. The cabin itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were great, from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living room and hot tub, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the mountain. Parking was a breeze, and check-in was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

We had such a short lovely stay. Celebrated my partner’s birthday with a ski trip to Seven Springs Resort. The location is perfect just 7 or 8 mins away from the resort with a convenient shuttle service. Kara was also a great host responding quickly to any questions we had!

Dani was very responsive, we were confused about parking, but she responded right away with more instructions. The kitchen was nicely stocked and I was impressed (and appreciated) how kid friendly it was!

Had everything we needed for a ski weekend, great place! So easy for skiers to walk out back and hit the slopes from the condo. Comfortable, clean and quiet! Resort had plenty of restaurant and activities to keep non-skiers busy. Would love to come back next season!

Devin was awesome, he even knew that the power went out in the wee hours of the morning and messaged us. The condo was very tasteful decorated in pristine condition. Very peaceful setting.

What an epic weekend. We got some good skiing in, found the place to be cozy during the blizzard. You never know when you arrive what will be provided. Michelle's place was well provisioned: there was dish soap, dishwasher detergent, a sponge, hand soap, a trash bag, toilet paper (not lots extra, but sufficient), and a couple paper towel rolls. The coffee maker is a single-cup keurig, but they have a basket where you can use normal ground coffee instead of the cups. No toiletries but I was expecting that. More about the area: no instacart/doordash available so bring groceries if you plan to need them.
