We are Marie, François, and Léon (the cat). We welcome you to our home where you will have your bedroom, bathroom, and private parking space. By train (RER A), from the train station, you will be: - 3 minutes from Val d 'Europe (Shopping Center). - 6 minutes (2 stations) from Disneyland Paris. - 28 minutes from Paris.

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. Welcome to the “Chardon de Belleville”! You will occupy the entire small 37m2 apartment on the second floor (no lift) of a four-storey house - in complete autonomy. It offers all the amenities: small living room, fitted kitchen, large bathroom with a washing machine, fast WIFI... Crossing, bright and easy to ventilate, it overlooks a quiet street and our interior garden (where you can have your breakfast on shiny summer days).

As a mother living with my 2 children and a very nice little dog, I rent a 9 m2 room. The room consists of a convertible bed for 1–2 people, a desk and a shelf. You will have access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden. Linens and towels are provided. Tea and coffee are available. My house is located in a gated community, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop in the city center.
