This 30 m² cottage, converted in 2024 under the roof of an outbuilding, is ideally located in the countryside just 3 km from the village of La Roche de Glun and 2 km from the Viarhona. This studio includes a main room with an equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed (more suitable for children) and a sleeping area equipped with a 160 x 200 bed. This cottage also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests will have a space to park the car and a private courtyard.

It is located 500 meters after the exit of the village, on the edge of a road, just close enough to get bread on foot or by bike. Welcome! 👋 🌸 Sweety stone house on 2 levels; with 1 garden and 2 sunny and equipped terraces. The house is located in the countryside, at the foot of the protected Crussol massif. You will undoubtedly appreciate the hiking/mountain biking trails, climbing site, guided walks departing from the castle... all within walking distance. The house also proves to be a good base for discovering our vineyards (3 AOC St Peray, Cornas, St Joseph) and our culinary specialties!

In Isère, at the foot of the Écrins National Park, a mountain house, a pottery workshop, a large and beautiful cottage and a nice bed and breakfast. The cottage is private, it includes: - a large living room with kitchen, dining room and living room (sofa bed). - one bedroom: 2 single beds or 1 double bed, office area. - one bedroom: 1 double bed, reading area and fireplace. - a bathroom. - a beautiful terrace and garden with barbecue. Hi , New house (15 minutes from Valence – 10 minutes from the highway exit) 70 m² wood frame on a plot of about 700 m² in a space not overlooked in the middle of nature with dominant views of the Rhône Valley, Vercors, the Plaine de Valence and the medieval village of Charmes-sur-Rhône. The accommodation consists of a large 37 m² living room with bay windows and opens onto a covered terrace. All shops are nearby and within walking distance.
