Beautiful fully restored house at the foot of the Loire levee, close to the old port, in a beautiful environment, very quiet. Garden not overlooked, bordered by a hedge. Charming village and many castles within 20 km. On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and a single bed. Comfortable 40 m² cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and washcloths, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a high lockable shelter, usable covered or uncovered with free access. In winter, the pool is not available. 3-star cottage.
