The house comprises 4 bedrooms for 8 people, Wi-Fi, private parking, and a heated above-ground swimming pool from May to October, depending on the weather and night-time temperatures. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation is not specifically adapted for people with any type of disability.)

Gîte confortable situé à la campagne avec accès libre à tout l'ensemble extérieur sur notre propriété d'environ 2 hectares (terrasse avec salon de jardin, grand pré, étang, parc, trampoline). Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

"La Bergerie" 9-person gîte with pool

Pool closed from October 30 to the end of March. The "La Bergerie" Gîte awaits you in a quiet location in the center of the Loire Valley castles and in the heart of the vineyards between Tours and Saumur. It is a family cottage, all gatherings for an evening are prohibited. The land is shaded and our indoor pool is heated to 29°. House renovated in 2018 with large rooms that can accommodate up to 9 adults plus two babies maximum for good times with family or friends.

Old brick stables completely renovated in 2024 (travertine, wooden floors), within the Domaine de la Mulotière in Langeais, an ideal base for discovering Touraine, its vineyards and its Castles! You can access the Château park as well as the sauna and swimming pool (May to September), shared with other lodges. Downtown is a 15-minute walk along the road, shopping area accessible within a 5-minute walk (Carrefour, Le Garden ++)

Large bay windows open onto a beautiful terrace equipped for relaxation. The forest is nearby for walking or cycling. Ideally located to visit the castles of Langeais, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Islette, Rigny-Ussé... We offer to share our pool (covered if the weather is bad).
