This place was beautiful, all you need to rest, the lady in the house is really nice, she didn’t speak English but she made a great effort to communicate which is good. The breakfast in the morning was the best part, everything was okay with this place.

Silvia's hospitality helped make my first visit to Rome perfect. From beginning to end, she was very kind and provided everything that I needed. Also, her space is just a stone's throw away from the Colosseum/Forum and other ancient sites. I can't recommend her B&B enough!

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

Short walk to Vaticano. Large and clean room. Safe neighborhood with a lot of stores and restaurants. Plus Danielle always replies us in time. 10/10 experience!

Waking up in Rome, getting out of the most comfortable bed, and sipping espresso in a private garden while birds chirp—it sounds like a dream, but it was our reality thanks to this amazing stay. Stefano welcomed us like family, took the time to explain everything we needed to know, and made us feel completely at home. If we return to Rome, there's no doubt—we're booking this place again. Every review we read beforehand was spot on—no exaggerations. Everything was exactly as described, and Stefano is a perfect 10. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at Giancarlo's place, who is very smiling and welcoming! ☺️ he gave me the opportunity to drop off my luggage before being able to access the room. In addition, he is very available and responsive by message and he gave me valuable information. The accommodation is very clean, tidy and above all: super modern! My room was large, very well equipped and I loved the modern decor. There were even good ones to have breakfast in a bar next door. The position of this accommodation is not super central but it is 4 minutes from a metro stop that allows you to reach the center very quickly. I highly recommend Giancarlo's apartment for a stay in a modern apartment in Rome and also a good value!

We had a lovely stay, Simone was very helpful. Great location if you use the Metro to get to all the tourist locations. Place was clean.

Great communication before arriving, coordinating our check in. The apartment was clean, the temperature was nice, the instructions and welcoming by Francesco were on point, he was very kind and responsive. The location was a 3 blocks away from Termini, where you arrive on your train from the airport, or take train to other places in Italy, the metro, the busses, etc.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Vatican and next to the Ottaviano station, which made our trips to Rome much easier. The room is spacious, modern and very functional, providing plenty of comfort. Breakfast was a great differentiator, making our experience even more enjoyable. In addition, Francesca was extremely attentive, providing all the necessary information clearly and ensuring a smooth check-in. The access to the apartment was easy and well explained, which made all the difference. I highly recommend this place to those looking for comfort, practicality and great hospitality in Rome!

Very good stay, Paolo was very responsive and pleasant. The space matched the photos, it was very clean and tidy. Breakfast included just down the building in a very nice coffee shop was a real plus! Our room was cleaned and put away every morning, we were even surprised by the quality of storage! Thank you for this stay Paolo!

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

Very clean, and very convenient for an overnight layover

Giuseppe and his wife greeted us as though we we family and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. The location is breathtaking, peaceful and private. Giuseppe made a dinner reservation at a quaint and authentic nearby restaurant which was incredible. We can’t say enough and would return in a heartbeat.

For any Mexican or Latin American who is reading this, and thinking of going alone or with your partner in Rome, let me highly recommend this place to you. It is in a very quiet area of Rome, and has available arrival through several public transport routes, there are several places to visit in its surroundings. Specifically speaking of the bedroom, which is located next to her house, it turned out to be perfect, has several amenities, a beautiful and clean bathroom. It did not surprise us at any time to wash a full house type AIRBNB.
