Nothing to say, perfect home. The house has everything you need and for anything they are super friendly and helpful.

The stay was really pleasant. The house is cozy, clean and with all the comforts. Corresponding to the published photos, quiet, great location, in short, everything is perfect. The host was also super helpful and kind.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We had a wonderful few days at Sabina's place. The apartment was super equipped and had an excellent location. The communication with Sabina worked out very well and was totally friendly. She answered questions at all times and gave us recommendations for the area, open and helpful! We highly recommend the place and would gladly come back.

Matteo's house was great to stay in. We found everything we needed inside. The location is beautiful and the grounds are large with lots to do. We enjoyed the short walk to Sutri and exploring the town.

We really enjoyed our stay at David's home. It was centrally located to our planned activities and pretty private. A few things came up but the hosts were very responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

The accommodation is as described and is a 15-minute walk from the gardens of Villa Borghese. Celeste is available and welcoming. She helped us resolve a very annoying situation. We recommend it +++

We stayed for 3 nights in this accommodation during the May 1st bridge. The apartment is very nice and well furnished, the location is excellent as it is very close to Piazzale Caravaggio from where you can easily reach the center of Rome. Alessandro was very friendly during our stay. Surely if we go back to Rome we will choose it again.

The apartment is very nice, quiet and you can enjoy some nature and the outdoors . Daniela and her mom have been very kind and decisive. And the neighborhood is lovely with a bit of life and very local people. Undoubtedly we recommend it above all for long stays as it rests very well .

What a stunning home for a visit to Rome. I found myself noticing new pieces of artwork throughout our stay. It is a beautiful place in a great location extremely close to the forum. Mattresses are firm which was great and we appreciated the AC and the tips for local restaurants, etc.

Really nice and comfortable apartment. Very close to all the big tourist attractions. A bit pricey compared to other luxury places I rented earlier. The kitchen amenities with eg. only one electric plug for 3 machines is a bit poor.

In addition to the hot tub, there was even a punching bag for training and a PlayStation 3. When we arrived, Antonio even left us something to eat and also some drinks, such as water, beer and even sparkling wine. Coffee was also provided. So, it was really a great experience and lovely place to stay!

We stayed for 3 days 4 people, had a great time. The place was clean, the bed and the couch were comfortable. Patio was a great addition, because kitchen itself is a bit small and patio comes handy when having a meal. The owner was very responsive, and gave helpful suggestions about places to go to. The apartment is great for a short stay. The living room is a bit on the smaller side, when the couch is open. But that wasn't an issue given we only had it open at night. Having two bathrooms was also a great addition. The kitchen was equipped with necessary cutlery, just make sure to check the cupboards in the living room too, because that where the plates were stored and we did not realize that until our last day. There was a bit of noise and cigarette smell at night from the neighbors, but nothing too distracting, just someone talking on the phone for awhile. Overall, definitely recommend and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for our 5 days in Rome. Walkable to many sights, and close to a taxi stand for those that were a bit further than we wanted to walk. The neighborhood is very active, with lots of dining options. The apartment was a great size for our family of 3 (2 adults and a young child) with plenty of storage. Having a second bathroom/shower was a real perk. Although the street is busy during the day, it’s far enough from Navona that it was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend!

This was the first stop on our honeymoon and it could not be more perfect. Lovely views from the terrace and an amazing location.

Lovely little apartment in a great neighbourhood, perfect if you want to get away from the more touristy areas of Rome. Kitchen was well stocked too if you want to try some cooking

We loved staying here with lots of opportunity to take in the colosseum. We were also able to walk further into central area easy enough. Nice apartment with lots of natural light.

We had a fantastic stay in Rome and in Michael’s apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, stylish, clean and in a fantastic location just 5 minutes walk to the Forum and Colosseum. The views are amazing from the terrace. There are many good restaurants on the doorstep. Isabella and Michael recommended a lit of good places to eat and visit. A highlight for us was the Vespa with side car ride at night. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great weekend in Rome. The apoartment was fantastic and the area had great restaurants and shops. Marianna was a great host and helped with transport and our other queastions. I absolutely recommend her and the apoartment!!

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

Marina’s place in Rome is a great spot, near the Vatican! Marina was always very attentive and very nice host. She always assisted us with whatever we needed and I hope to stay again in her lovely apartment.
