A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Andrea was very attentive to everything. Although we don't know Italian, he was attentive and made an effort to understand us. Recommended. Everything was very clean. Very nice place. If I visit Europe again, I would stay at this place again

Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thanks for everything. Great house and a very accommodating host

Giuseppe's house was amazing! It was perfect for our trip to Rome with 9 people. We traveled with 4 kids and they loved the yard and pool (although we didn't swim in it because the weather was a bit too cold). We rented a car and drove into Rome. It was about a 30 minute drive to the Parcheggio Saba Villa Borghese where we could take a bus or metro to anywhere we wanted in Rome. It was nice to stay outside the city, but be close enough to get in easily. Giuseppe and Flavia were responsive hosts and helped us out a lot. Highly recommend this place!

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is amazing, the pool and adjoining soccer area are perfect and the pizza oven was a huge plus. The house has layer of character, history and family items from photos to books and art work. The Host was kind and attentive. We hope to return soon. Sharing the pool and common area with another family was a slight surprise but not an issue. This is a special place.

Everything from check in to check out went wonderfully in this beautifully renovated house. We enjoyed the beautiful pool that brought wonderful cooling during the warmer days. Ideal base to visit e.g. Rome and Tivoli and to relax in the countryside afterwards. The garden is heavenly and offers 100% privacy as the listing also described. We'd love to come back! Wonderful place to stay for the beauty and peaceful Italian countryside. Romina was the perfect host. Romina’s mother made the best breakfast for us. I would rate this as one of the best Bed & Breakfast places in all of Italy.

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, immediately making themselves very helpful. The place exactly matches the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both human and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will be very happy to stay at Villa Bovari!

We stayed two families in the house with plenty of room for big and small. the terrace is worth highlighting with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden at the front of the house with another nice terrace. The kitchen was more than fully equipped-there was everything you could want. Francesco and family were very friendly and helpful and were answered to all our questions very quickly. An absolutely lovely week in wonderful house and beautiful surroundings. The area has a lot to offer. There is ample opportunity for nature experiences just around the corner. restaurant and shopping about 3 km. We'd love to come back another time. Great studio under the family’s home with direct access to the garden space which is just up a set of stairs. The slate bbq was great. Make sure to ask about the pool if you’re looking to swim. Host was really responsive and friendly.

We spent two weeks at Rosanna's place with our daughters and four grandchildren. The house is great for large families with its three apartments. All the apartments were very cozy and well decorated. The kids loved the pool which was big and clean. Many sun loungers and good umbrellas. They also enjoyed the ping pong table a lot. We had all meals outside, either by the nice dining area or in the sofa group. We went to the two lakes and went swimming as well as to the sea. One day we touristed in Rome. Everything was within a reasonable distance by car. We got suoerb service from our hosts who helped us with alct, including booking an urgent doctor time. We got fresh eggs as gifts we several occasions and also vegetables from the garden. They gave us a lot of tips about everything and responded very quickly to messages. Really great hosts who made our holidays unforgettable. We'd love to come back
