The Country House

On one level house of 87 square meters between Angoulême and Poitiers. In a rural setting, the house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It is composed of three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The living room, bright, consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It's connected to the fiber. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden, and a garage. Everything to enjoy and safety.

At the heart of a private estate with swimming pool (shared by 5 cottages), gym and SPA, this cottage will allow you to spend pleasant moments with family and friends. The gîte is air-conditioned, has a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a private terrace. There is also Wi-Fi and TV. The booking gives access to the swimming pool. Pets are allowed under conditions. The SPA and gym are accessible at an additional cost and by reservation.
