First floor is made up of Lounge, fully equipped Kitchen , 2 bedrooms, Family bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Also an ensuite shower room with toilet and basin. The kitchen leads to an outside terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor you will find a second kitchen, the 3rd bedroom, separate WC and utility area.
