Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

The apartment is spacious, stylishly furnished and can accommodate 4 to 8 people. It is about 150 square meters and has a living, kitchen and dining area on the first floor as well as 4 bedrooms on the upper and attic floors. On each floor there is a shower room as well as another toilet on the first floor. In addition, a terrace and a barrel sauna are available.
