The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. The holiday home Eifelstuben was completely renovated in 2021 and furnished with the highest possible comfort and lots of love. The Moselle and Nürburgring are only 20 minutes away by car.

The Moselle with swimming beach is about 200 m away. The beautiful vineyards are within walking distance. The German corner can be reached in about 15 minutes by bike I am available via email or WhatsApp. We live in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home "Ankerplatz"

This apartment is on the upper floor of our small house in the high-altitude district of Zell-Barl. Equipped with a shower room and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils (fridge, stove, pots/pans, microwave, kettle, dishes, sink), the apartment offers everything for everyday needs. A shopping center is easily accessible on foot and by car. Many hiking trails, historic towns and recreational opportunities in the surrounding area are also easily accessible.
