Our "cottage" is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house, as part of an old mill yard! We are 1 kilometre away from the neighbours and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometres away. It is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! Das Sonnenhaus verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche mit Kamin und ein ganz neu gebautes Badezimmer. Im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche gibt es je einen Kaminofen zum heizen. Badezimmer und die Küche können auch elektrisch geheizt werden.

In Altlay, about 1.5 km away, there is a restaurant. Our vacation home is surrounded by forest and meadows. The Altlayer Bach flows right by the house. The picturesque, 200-year-old quarry stone building was renovated in 2022 and has a new bathroom, kitchen, underfloor heating and an open fireplace.
