Monthly Rentals in Cocoa Beach

Sorry to leave , just what we wanted . Hardly used the car , walked on beach and along Rd .local shops easily walking distance. Used pool across lot everyday. Apt had everything needed , kitchen, beach equipment . Comfortable and relaxing , very homely.

Had a great stay at the waterfront condo unit on the 2nd floor. It was perfect size for me and my husband for 3 days/2 nights. The views from the balcony and accessibility were perfect! So close to the beach it made it east to come and go as we pleased, beach was also pretty quiet which was enjoyable. Walkable to coffee, dinner and attractions.

We loved the condo! The location couldn't be better. The condo had everything we needed. Tara was very responsive and helpful when we needed anything. This is the second time we stayed here, and would love to do so again. Grocery store, good restaurants, the pier, a hotel are all within walking distance. We were able to watch several rocket launches from Cape Canaveral while we stood on the beach. The only disappointment was that there was work being done on the beach much of the time we were there, so access was a little more difficult. But that was out of the owner's control.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Only a 2 or 3 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for being able to go to the beach for couple hours, then return home, relax and go back again. We are minimalist backpack travelers. This place had everything! Chairs for the beach, small cooler for beach, towels, lots of shampoo, conditioner, body wash. A bin with some "extras" like sunblock, shaver's, lotion. We even had travel coffee cups we took to the beach every morning for walks. Plenty of kitchen supplies and utensils. The fenced in patio area was so nice. Quiet, private, good spot to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner. The decor was so inviting. We really were able to fly with just a backpack, and purchase groceries and extra sunscreen there. Having laundry on site makes it simple to pack only few necessary clothes, do some laundry while there, and we always buy some shirts and sweatshirts to take home. We would definitely stay here again! Great trip! Thank you for a home away from home!
