Holiday rentals with a patio in Colico

Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und die Aussicht auf den See und die Berge einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geeignet für Familien und Paare. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Gegend um Ascona-Locarno zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Jonathan war angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunkft klar weiterempfehlen.

We loved our stay! It’s a charming location, with beautiful views from the terrace and all of the windows. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the place. Both rooms are a good size, especially the master. We loved how the location felt like you were a local, with a trattoria within a few minutes on feet (make reservations). Perfect spot to explore the lake!

We were very satisfied with the place. It was clean and tidy. Host was very helpful and if we had any questions he replied very fast. We needed a stay close to the station, so we can be very flexible and the place is perfect for that

The most perfect stay in Menaggio! Large apartment was perfect for our Lake Como pit stop on our honeymoon. It had everything we needed and it was in the most convenient spot. Jenny and Lorenzo were so wonderful and kind. Highly recommend booking their car service as well!

This was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an AirBNB in my life! Lucia and Roberto are outstanding hosts, are super responsive, and extremely kind and caring! They gave us so much extra helpful information and even offered rides to different parts of town if we needed! The view from their home is incredible and one of the best we have ever seen. We don’t have words to describe our stay here. This was everything we needed and more. The apartment was pristine with everything you need. The host was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. She left us a welcome gift which we enjoyed! She even called us taxis when we were less confident talking on the phone. The instructions to find the apartment, check in and out were so clear in some videos. Everything was so easy and felt like nothing was too much trouble. The views of the lake are out of this world and we spent one of our days just sitting on the terrace! We had some problems with flights and asked if we could arrive early. We were lucky as there was availability but again nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be coming back and staying here again. It was simply fabulous. Thank you - what a host!! ♥️

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einem schönen zentral gelegenem Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Gostámos muito da casa e da sua envolvente. Perfeita para quem quer descobrir a zona do Lago di Como. Muito próxima de Varenna e com uma vista incrível para as montanhas. Um lugar a voltar!

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

Lieu idyllique qui domine le lac de Côme. Maison super confort et parfaitement équipée. Calme, tranquillité, bain de soleil en toute intimité, terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. Une maison aménagée avec amour et bcp de goût. Maria est une personne disponible, sympathique et son empathie avec ses locataires en fait une parfaite hôtesse. Nous garderons un souvenir indélébile de notre séjour. Pat & Nat

Georgia’s place is a very nice place. The studio has a very beautiful panorama and it was very clean. Georgia is very nice and responsive. She also gave us some recommendations regarding places to eat and they were great. I totally recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy place that has very beautiful surroundings.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

Notre séjour dans le logement d’Enzo et Maddie a été parfait! L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans les différents endroits à visiter du lac de Côme. La proximité de Bellagio est un gros plus. L’appartement est cosy et très propre avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Enzo et Maddie sont des hôtes très réactifs et la communication a été très rapide et facile à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Nous recommandons!

Everything in this world can be better except these apartments, because they are already perfect. Nicholas is a very responsive and helpful host. We were greeted literally by the whole his family, allowed to check in much earlier, filled the refrigerator with excellent drinks and gave useful tips. The apartment is simply wonderful - good parking, a spacious living room and bedrooms, the kitchen has everything you need, beautiful decor and pleasant details everywhere. But the main thing is, of course, the view from every point. I have chosen accommodation from hundreds of options and I am sure that I have chosen the best one.

Lovely 3 nights at Annamaria’s place. Beautiful view which we enjoyed every morning and evening after a day of exploring. 30min drive from lake como and 1 hour from Milan - very easy.

Had a fantastic stay. Federica was easily contactable for additional requests and quick to respond. The location is excellent- right across from the lake and next to the piazza which is perfect for coffee and/ or spritz’ with a view! Short walk to catch a ferry/ supermarket. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Renzo und seiner Familie sehr genossen. die Wohung ist grosszügig, tiptop eingerichtet und sauber. Die Familie betreibt das AirBnB eigenständig, mit viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit. kleine Annehmlichkeiten (Brot, Konfi, Butter, Kaffee und Getränke) bei der Ankunft haben wir ebenfalls sehr geschätzt. Für unseren Sohn wurde Babybett und Hochstuhl bereitgestellt. Wir können die Unterkunft bei Renzo und seiner Familie sehr empfehlen.
