Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Cologne

Karin was a wonderful host, with excellent communication and her local recommendations were perfect for our family. We travelled with 4 children between the ages of 5-15 and the yard with the swing was used by all of them. Our current property is not built with a yard, so watching them happily explore a garden was a beautiful experience. The kitchen, linen, laundry and bathroom amenities were fantastic, the heated floor in the bathroom was a family favourite and the kids have now asked that we install one at home. The height clearance of the second floor was exactly as described and my very tall partner (189cm) managed with the ducking. You can walk around the neighbourhood and see the great relationships the neighbours have with each other, getting to be around for Tag der Arbeit was a highlight, seeing the expressions of love via the brightly decorated trees and branches. The delightful forrest located just a 5 minute walk from the home was a favourite of mine.

More than an apartment, Marcus's house is an art museum. His wife is a truly creative artist and we spent hours discovering and admiring his creations scattered throughout the house. Our daughter literally fell in love with the polychrome mirror and in the end was sad when we had to leave... highly recommended host! Very comfortable house!

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at Ruud's home. Having the whole top floor to ourselves was really nice, so you felt like you had a private apartment in the main home. Lots of space to spread out, with a large separate bathroom and lounge area. It was really peaceful, located in a small country village, but close enough to Sittard and other local cities, so easy to head out and explore. Ruud was a wonderful welcoming host. So responsive, with really helpful information on the property and how to reach his home. We will definitely return when back in the neighborhood.

A nice old but extremely well-maintained building located in the loveliest and quiet surroundings. Elke is an extremely service-minded and welcoming hostess. The bed was good (and I'm picky) and I got the most delicious breakfast buffet. Thank you for a really good stay. I recommend to anyone: % {smart)

It was a great stay. Hospitality is very top of mind for the family. Very straightforward. You feel comfortable from the first minute. Loving breakfast. Accommodation only to be recommended.

Slept for 2 days. First night fine. Breakfast left something to be desired. I think the description said that there were fresh eggs, but we couldn't find the chickens. I drove past the supermarket myself. Nice use of the pool table. Day trip to phantasialand. Great distance. Upon coming home, there was another group present. I think it said in the description that the house was rented out per 2 guests, but there were 7 guests here who had rented the upper floor together and were building a party. They were also unaware of our stay. We retired to the bedroom and once said something about the hustle and bustle that was there. This was attempted to take into account. Also understand that this youth had imagined something different. The next morning there was something everywhere and we couldn't use a table anywhere without cleaning up. With such a group, the breakfast was definitely not enough.

Gabi was very friendly and welcoming, and her place was lovely. Perfect location for visiting the Nürburgring. Would recommend.

Everything was great. We were welcomed and shown where best to park. The room is very nicely decorated and good to stay there for 1-2 nights. There is a USB-C shutter on both sides of the bed, so everything is also provided. I highly recommend the AirBnB 👍

Very nice room with large window and access to a green garden and small terrace. Adjacent is a large, well-kept bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, incl. Washing machine (shared use vs. donation). You quickly feel at home. Dirk is a very nice landlord, with a sporty background, with whom you can have good and interesting conversations if you want. I felt at home and recovered well in the days, but also, thanks to fast internet, I was able to work well. We'd love to come back!

Sandra is a warm person and the place was as planned and surrounded by nature, I loved it. Recommended and I'll be sure to go back as soon as I come back to the area. See you soon👋
