My delightful 45-square-meter apartment is located in the heart of Rome, in a colorful 3-story building from the early 1900s, with a 25-square-meter garden. You will be within walking distance of all public transport (metro-tram-bus) and a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum. Via Balilla is a small and characteristic tree-lined street with buildings, each of a different color and all with an internal garden. The apartment overlooks the gardens: you will be surrounded by greenery and awakened by the singing of the birds!

Favoloso attico di 120 metri quadri nel cuore del centro storico romano, situato nella famosa Via dei Serpenti, la più bella delle strade del Rione Monti, che termina con la vista del Colosseo, ad un passo dal Foro romano. L’attico che è dotato anche di una terrazza con vista sui tetti di Roma, è ubicato in un antico palazzo del 1600, sprovvisto di ascensore. Non è consigliato quindi per ospiti anziani o con ridotta mobilità perché ci sono molti gradini per raggiungere il quarto piano.
