Monthly Rentals in Colver

We had a wonderful stay, its very private, great for a getaway. It is hard to find, but Christine gave us excellent directions and even kept us updated on conditions as roads were icy/snowy. She was very responsive and helpful. Her place is beautiful!

We did not come to site see, though we have done lots of that in the past, we came to lay my dad to rest. My parents was born and raised in Johnstown. This location was very close to Oak Cemetery and with the two bedrooms we were able to stay together instead of having to be in two separate hotel rooms. It was comfortable and homey. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed from festive Easter goodies to a spare unopened toothbrush. Erin truly thought of everything to make it feel like home. The bedrooms were warm and equipped with floor fans to cool down. We loved the quiet setting next to the trees and many windows providing natural lighting. Our only issue was the WiFi service was newly switched and we couldn’t connect. Erin was very responsive and kind, and had we been at the house for more of our stay I’m sure together we’d have figured it out. The cell service was great. Erin’s hospitality went above and beyond, making our stay more than worthwhile! Would recommend!

Marie is host extraordinaire! Loved the home and the location. Marie thought of everything to make this an amazing experience. We’ve been in numerous rentals over the years and this is by far the best! I want to live here!!
