There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

Being an old building, although totally renovated, its walls are quite thick, and being on the street parallel to the great passage of people, such as Plaza de España or “El Arco” it is totally silent to be able to rest. You have all the necessary amenities to feel at home.
