Apartment in very good condition, as it appears in the advertisement. Very important that has a garage space. Very close to the beach and the leisure area but in a quiet and noise-free area. Both Claudio and Azul answered all our doubts. Very good experience.

The apartment is just as described in the listing. The location is excellent, in a quiet area but close to a lot of restaurants. The outdoor garage square, very close to the apartment, two minutes away, is a plus on these dates, otherwise it is very difficult to park in Conil. The apartment has air conditioning both in the dining room and in the room, which is appreciated on these dates.

Central but quiet location. You can find free parking couple of minutes away.

Everything is very tidy and clean. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation, a quiet area, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets and to a good location in Cádiz by car. Also parking at the gate. Everything was great!

Comfortable apartment, very clean and complete both in kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (we do not throw in any missing elements) More beautiful and cozy than the photos show. 2 minutes from the beach and well located for any activity in Conil or in another nearby village. Excellent, very cozy and clean apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Just a few meters from the beach and restaurants. Also a private parking space available which is a big advantage in this area. Absolutely recommended

I was with a friend and we were looking for an apartment close to the beach and also close to the restaurant and bar area. The apartment is perfect for this. Its location is downtown and it doesn't take more than 5 minutes to get to the beach. Regarding Francisco, the host, he was flexible with the check-out time and allowed us to leave later than the scheduled time. He was also attentive and willing to help with whatever we needed. Definitely a recommended place to return to.

Carlos was a 10-star host, I recommend this villa 100%. The villa is beautiful and everything is perfect, we found the house very clean, everything perfectly arranged. Carlos gives you some recommendations for the area to visit, he is very friendly, he is available in case you need anything. The outdoor area of the villa is very well maintained, the pool is wonderful and the lawn area with chill-out area is a luxury. The description of the house is totally accurate and even better in person. We had an incredible vacation, we rested a lot, we were able to enjoy a house with all the amenities and with great attention to detail. It is greatly appreciated to find such a well-kept house and that we arrive and everything is ready. To highlight, I had never been anywhere where the towels and sheets are like new and smell great, the comfort of the mattresses is fantastic. It has a great and perfectly prepared barbecue area. Clarisa is a great host!! He always replied briefly to the messages, gave very clear instructions and still had the kindness to provide a crib for the baby. The house is well located, close to beautiful beaches, has a beautiful terrace and free parking at 50m. I recommend

We were two families with children, the house is comfortable and its location is very good to get to know part of Cadiz, which we loved. Susana sent us many recommendations, was pending and quickly resolved a couple of problems that arose from us.

The accommodation is fantastic to rest and disconnect from the routine ,highly recommended for walks to the beach . we have been in the family very comfortable!!!

A super attentive guy always , he helped you in terms of friendly tourism and the house improves in person when you see everything tidy and super nice the house more than in the pictures ! On the other hand the super quiet area, no noise to be with family and friends ! Highly recommended

Gary’s place was beautiful. It has everything we needed. We would have stayed longer if we could.

Alejandro was attentive as soon as we arrived and did not hesitate to tell us everything we needed to feel comfortable in the area. We had water, candy for the child, and he also had the thoughtfulness to leave us a bottle of local white wine. At no time did we feel uncomfortable, you can walk to the beach and the leisure area, there are food establishments very close and in the community pool there was a good atmosphere. We would repeat.

The accommodation is ideal for staying a few days, the common areas (pool and garden) are great. The location is also very good especially if you have a car to get around the villages in the area. The only negative thing I highlight is that the apartment can be a little cold and the towels do not dry by the humidity.

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.

Lui is a charming woman who was available 24 hours a day to help and advise us during the stay. She has a beautiful house in the heart of Conil, which allows you to walk down to the beach and choose from a wide range of restaurants. We would definitely repeat the experience with her

David is a great host,he was pending upon our arrival and every detail we could need. The home with a cleanliness of 10, fully equipped kitchen and an unbeatable location. ( On our arrival, we had a bottle of wine and a souvenir of Cadiz.) We felt right at home, DO not HESITATE TO CHOOSE your APARTMENT👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
