The house isn't perfect, there is raw wood, some things aren't finished, the furniture is vintage and may appear worn but if you look past that, you will find that everything there has its own story and that this house is made for the big things: sunrises, ocean dreaming and full-moons

A beautiful light and spacious self-catering studio with mountain views set in a quiet, peaceful and relaxing part of Constantia. There is direct access to a riverside walking trail. Close to spectacular wine farms, walking distance to shops and restaurants and a hospital close by. It has a separate entrance, private parking on the property, comes with all modern conveniences including air conditioning and a solar back-up system. There is a gas barbecue and guests are welcome to use the pool.

Stay here and enjoy stunning sea views, peaceful nature and a refined yet homely interior. Watch glowing sunsets or passing whales and dolphins and the romantic mist over the cliffs with the sound of waves as your constant backdrop. Relax by the fireplace in the spacious double‑storey lounge, cook in the fully equipped open‑plan kitchen and work with fast fibre and a “ready‑to‑plug‑in” office setup. Tucked into the leafy slopes of Constantia Upper, situated at the top of our 2800sqr property - Woodlyn Rest is a peaceful 2-bedroom surrounded by tall trees and mountain air. Fresh, comfortable farm-style charm. The main bedroom has a king bed and a working desk, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made up as a king. A fireplace indoors. Outside, a private patio and a small garden. Off-street secure parking —minutes from the trails, popular wine farms and incredible restaurants.

Down a leafy lane , found at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will find one of four very quaint cottages belonging to what used to be a wine farm called “Walloon Farm.” This particular cottage is called “The Old Barn.” An absolutely super place to come home to after being out for a busy day.

Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails crisscross the area. We are surrounded by numerous spectacular wine farms and top restaurants. Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking inside the property. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road whom Patrol all the time
