Lovely place to stay. Extremely spacious, modern and had everything we needed. Easy check in and very responsive host. Would love to stay again.

We loved our stay here, such a beautiful place and in such a great location. It was just a short drive to everywhere we planned to go. We had everything we needed, with a full kitchen for us to us, it made cooking super easy for such a big group! We would love to come back here!

Perfect spot to call home while exploring the region. In a sweet neighborhood walking distance to beach and a few restaurants and a small market. Easy drive to ferry which is short ride to bigger town with beach and more restaurants. Convenient drives to cathedral cove and hot water beach. Also great nearby hiking. House was comfortable and clean. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. I’d definitely return if I was in the area again.

Beautiful home. Stunning location. Ian's home was clean, spacious, clutter free, and so comfortable to live in for a few days. Whiritoa is very small -the main highlights for us were the beach (5 mins walk), hikes, and local general store (10 mins walk). The beach was only safe to swim at on the weekends when the life guards were on duty (due to the big waves), but there is a lagoon at the north end of the beach that is calm and beautiful -tree swings, rock pools, etc. The house was easy to find, had ample and very comfortable seating for our family of 5 both indoors and out. The design and decor are thoughtful. Best espresso machine we've come across in an Airbnb! Beds were very comfortable. Windows and sliding glass doors on all sides to let the light and breeze in. Water pressure was amazing. Thank you to Ian for his very responsive communication and for accommodating a late check out! Highly recommend.

Beautiful location and fantastic view. The house was modern, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

A fantastic place for a getaway. We went for a girlfriend catch up. This place would be great for a family group too-plenty of space for everyone. It is situated very close to the Lost Spring pools and spa. The home was extremely well-appointed and had everything you could need. There are comfortable beds and great bathrooms. We were lucky enough with the weather to be able to sit outside in the sun on the outdoor couches. Highly recommend.

Jo was very easy to deal with, she went above and beyond to help us move the dates due to the storm. The house was very comfortable and spacious and the views were amazing.

The apartment was very well set up and quite spacious. Dorothy had thought of everything - including beach towels and spade for the Hot Water Beach. It's on a canal which is lovely.....just a pity the weather was not conducive to sitting ourside and enjoying the outlook. Breakfast provisions were generous. Dorothy was friendly but not intrusive.

We spent a wonderful couple of days at Julia's. It's such a gorgeous spot with lovely views. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Julia was so generous with all of the extra goodies in the fridge. We felt very spoilt. Tairua is a great place to explore the Coromandel from and has its own lovely beach and walks.

Great place to stay, amazing location. Everything was clean and tidy, and easily accessible. Highly recommend.

Muriel gives excellent instructions how to find Bush Apartment - READ THEM! We were warmly welcomed by Muriel who delighted in showing us around her home, designed by Evan, and made to feel at home. The apartment is spacious, well furnished & equipped and oh so peaceful. Sitting on the balcony, surrounded by native bush, listening to the little stream below and the birds above - magical. At night a clear sky, the call of Morepork and, if you're lucky, Kiwi. Of all the properties we stayed in, Bush Apartment must have had the biggest fridge/freezer! Kuoatunu, a few minutes drive away, is a lovely little coastal town with good cafes. Within driving distance are wide, sandy beaches - some only accessible on foot - and the thriving town of Whitianga.

We booked the lower apartment for 10 days If there are guests above in the other apartment of the house, it gets noisy. But the hosts point out! The listing is accurate and ok!

Very Cosy and warm, with fantabulous views and eateries around. will certainly visit the place again. recommend it to the reader.

We loved our staying at Faye’s place in Whangamata. It was sparkling clean and well appointed, and the location is amazing - just a tiny walk to the amazing beach with beautiful sea views from the living room and balcony. Faye was so friendly with her communication and was extremely understanding when we interrupted her Friday evening by accidentally locking ourselves out 🫣 (thanks again!!). I would high recommend a stay here and would love to visit again. All the best Faye.
