You have access to 2 outdoor areas: a terrace with a beautiful view and a cool patio. The 145 m² of space is spread over three easily accessible levels: On the ground floor, there is an en suite with a study, a shower room and a toilet. On the 2nd floor two bedrooms and their bathroom-WC. On Level 1, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a bright dining room and a spacious living room. Stylish and comfortable throughout.

On the ground floor, 2 rooms await you, one of which has an integrated bathroom.

At the crossroads to the famous medieval city of Cordes sur Ciel, in the heart of the Gaillac vineyard, and a few kilometers from the episcopal city of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, our comfortable cottage, with Jacuzzi SPA (new), welcomes up to 4 people all year round. Weekly rental in July-August.

Private patio and swimming pool! The property is not suitable for children under 10 years as the outside area is unfenced. Please note that we have 2 medium sized dogs which are confined to the garden around the main house.
