Disfruta de este apartamento con un dormitorio, en una pequeña urbanización de tan solo 6 viviendas, en una zona muy céntrica de la Costa del Silencio, con todas las comodidades muy próximas Restaurantes, Supermercados, paradas de autobuses y a tan solo 50 metros del mar. The apartment does not have a pool but there is an apartment complex right next to it, where you can go to the pool by paying a Day Pass of 10 eur per person and discounts on drinks or meals at the Pool Bar.

The studio has its own entrance and features a fully equipped kitchen, living/sleeping area with built-in wardrobe, TV, 2 beds and a fold-out sofa for 1-2 people, shower bathroom with toilet and washing machine. The balcony has a fantastic sea view. There are plenty of free parking spaces.

Complex has a locked teritorry, 3 swimming pools, sun loungers, kids playground.
